The Company

At conception our primary focus was site acquisition. Since that time we have evolved into a general contractor and consulting firm. Our management and team has an extensive range of expertise with over 40 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. The Owners

BJM Consulting has been in business for over 25 years incorporated in Oklahoma in 1995, held privately by the family of the founders, Philip R. "Dusty" & Jerry F. Gustin. BJM is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a WBENC Certified Women Owned as well as a Women Owned Small Business.

Services

Microwave Solutions

BJM specializes in all aspects of the microwave process which includes installation, removal, troubleshooting with back-haul services being our specialty. We would be glad to help you install, remove, or maintain your antenna and transmission lines.

Tower Audit

Do you need to know what is on your site? BJM will go and map your tower location and label each transmission line with the company, path name, and frequency for each transmission line. Included in this service is a closeout package to confirm basic antenna, height, direction, and path information.

Tower Inspection

As an industry requirement BJM will travel to your site(s) performing an inspection of your structure noting any deficiencies that may exist. Evaluation and notation of insufficient items on your tower from trivial to critical so that you are informed! Included in this service is a closeout package with confirmation of critical erosion detail.

Tower Maintenance

BJM will make repairs to your tower structure should the need arise. From replacing bolts, installing new safety climb devices, or replacing members BJM is up to the task. Damage from the elements over time cause deep deterioration in steel. Let us evaluate your situation today!

Tower Modification

Small or large projects BJM has the necessary connections to make your project a success. We will provide project management, method of procedure, and safety outlines for every project. Tower Lighting

Whether your system is a traditional or LED system BJM can meet your needs. We have been maintaining and replacing lighting systems for both tower and building structures for 10 years. We make servicing these light systems a priority to keep you in compliance with the FCC.
